About the Maker

Natalie Martin

Natalie Martin is a watercolour artist and designer based on Wadawurrung Country (Surf Coast, Victoria). Inspired by the beauty of native Australian flora and landscapes, her work celebrates our connection to place through observing delicate blooms, elegant eucalypts and sweeping vistas.

With a background in graphic design and a love for getting her hands dirty with pigment and paper, Natalie brings a fresh, joyful energy to her artwork. Her signature watercolour style is vibrant, expressive and deeply connected to nature.

Natalie’s artwork is thoughtfully translated into a growing range of Australian-made products, including art prints, stationery, homewares and textiles. Each piece is designed to bring a little of nature’s magic into the everyday, whether it’s a gift, a keepsake, or something special for the home.

It’s such fun working on sourcing gorgeous new handmade products by women across rural, regional and remote Australia. There’s so many new introductions to Wattle and Twine and I’ve experienced some serious fan girl moments in the process.. enjoy!
