Artist Bio

Alice Tilley

Alice Tilley is an emerging visual artist that lives and works from a cropping and sheep farm near Kapunda in South Australia. Inspired by observations from her personal lifestyle and surroundings, it is Alice’s intention to embrace and document the beauty and joy that can be found in the simple and ordinary moments of daily life. Painting predominately in oil paint, Alice’s still life and landscape paintings are characterised by her playful expression of light and colour, and a richly layered style built up with lively brush strokes and marks.
