About the Maker

Sweet as Sugar Jewellery

Creating fun and colourful kids jewellery initially began as a creative outlet for Michelle while she was being a stay at home mum to her two beautiful children, one who was born with a major disability that turned her world upside down.

After friends and family loved her creations and wanted to enjoy them too, Sweet As Sugar Jewellery was born. Michelle can often be found selling her creations at weekend markets near her home of Shellharbour on the NSW South Coast.

Handmade with heart

It’s such fun working on sourcing gorgeous new handmade products by women across rural, regional and remote Australia. There’s so many new introductions to Wattle and Twine and I’ve experienced some serious fan girl moments in the process.. enjoy!
