Shipping Information

I am committed to keeping shipping costs down to ensure that everyone, regardless of how remote their location, has access to the same flat rate of $13.00 shipping Australia wide. If you prefer things a little faster, express shipping is available for $20.00 and shipping is free for orders over $250. 

However, if you live locally - Chinchilla, Jandowae, Dalby or Kingaroy - your order can be delivered with prior arrangement. Shoot me a message to check when I'm coming your way and upon confirmation simply enter LOCALSHIP at checkout to forego shipping expenses. 

I also know how exciting it is receiving fun snail mail that isn’t the bill variety so I do my very best to process orders within 48 hours. On occasion, I may take a little longer as life on a farm can be unpredictable and animal health is our number one priority. But don’t worry you will always be emailed a tracking number so you can track your goodies. As I post from our small local post office, delivery times can be expected to be longer than metro services, but I can assure you it will be worth the wait.

Wattle & Twine is based in Australia, but will happily spread the love overseas. Australia post delivery charges are influenced by the size and weight of the product(s) you have ordered, and the delivery location.
